In addition to inspiring strong academic performance and integrating modern technology with a state of facilities, Charlotte Wood School strives to create a strong community. This culture starts with teachers working collaboratively both amongst their peers and with parents. Second the school recognizes that students need both physical and emotional safety and support. One example of the community, is the rose garden which is maintained by students and staff, just one way that the school comes together.
