Castro Valley & the East Bay
A small team, on purpose.
Tim Fiebig once owned a RE/MAX brokerage with more than 100 agents, averaging roughly 150 home sales a month, and was recognized as the #1 RE/MAX Broker/Owner internationally.
That experience taught him a lot about real estate — but also reinforced what he enjoys most: working directly with buyers and sellers.
Today, the Fiebig Team is intentionally small and hands-on. When you hire us, you get us — experienced professionals personally involved in your sale or purchase from beginning to end.
Big-brokerage experience. Small-team attention.
Tim Fiebig — Broker-Associate
Over 40 years in real estate and thousands of successful transactions, including more than 1,000 homes sold in Castro Valley alone. Today he’s a Broker-Associate and eXp ICON Agent, working directly with buyers and sellers across Castro Valley, the East Bay, Tri-Valley, and Lamorinda.
He still walks every inspection himself. After four decades, he knows where the problems hide in homes built in this part of the East Bay — and how to solve them before they cost you money.
Outside the business, Tim has served on the Castro Valley Municipal Advisory Council, coached youth sports, been a Cub Scout Master, and worked with Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce. Since the early 1980s he’s given away thousands of homegrown tomato plants to neighbors.
Zen Yang — Realtor
Zen works with buyers and sellers throughout Castro Valley, San Leandro, and the greater East Bay, and serves clients in both English and Mandarin.
How we work
- You talk to us, not an assistant. Every call, every showing, every negotiation. That’s the whole reason the team is this size.
- Straight answers, including the unwelcome ones. Sometimes that means recommending improvements before we list. Other times it means telling you not to spend the money, because the return isn’t there.
- Preparation before promotion. Pricing, repairs, staging, photography, and launch timing all happen before a listing goes live — and they’re most of what determines the final number.
- Negotiation after the offer, not just before it. The price is agreed, then the inspection comes back and a buyer asks for a credit. That moment decides what you actually walk away with.
- Two languages, one standard. We serve clients in English and Mandarin, with the same level of attention either way.
